Anastasia Iced Out Highlighter Anastasia Iced Out Highlighter ($ 34.00 for 0.31 ounces) is a pale, white gold that flashed light-medium, more yellow-gold with a metallic sheen. The lighter base didn’t seem to translate when applied to my skin, so it appeared a little warmer than I expected.
The texture was moderately dense, firmer but not stiff to work with, and felt consistent with the gel-powder hybrid formula that it was. If you want more coverage, you should use a slightly thicker brush, as the firmer texture is not powdery, so feather-like brushes sometimes pick up the product unevenly. The powder itself was wonderful to apply to bare skin and blended when applied, and then it seemed to “fuse” with my skin, giving it a smoother sheen that didn’t emphasize the natural texture of my skin. The highlighter had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that was well worn for eight hours before it visibly faded.
