Anastasia Amber Cream Bronzer Anastasia Amber Cream Bronzer ($ 35.00 for 0.4 oz.) Is a light golden brown with moderate, warm undertones and a “naturally matte” finish – the kind that doesn’t shine or deprive natural skin. It had medium pigmentation when applied with a dab brush and higher coverage when applied with fingertips, but the product was buildable with either tool.
The texture felt smooth, pliable without being too slippery, which resulted in the color being applied evenly to bare skin and diffusing well without losing too much coverage, but still making it forgiving and easy to use was to use. It took a good eight hours before it showed signs of fading.

Formula overview
$ 35.00 / 0.4 oz. – $ 87.50 per ounce
The formula is said to be “buildable” and “blend easily” into a “matte, seamless second skin finish” that can be applied “on bare skin” or “over makeup”. They can be used to add warmth and / or definition (by choosing a shade two to three deeper).
The texture was emollient, light and thin with moderate glide, which made it easy to apply to bare skin as well as foundation, even more matte bases. They seemed to be more pigmented when swatching on my arm, but in practice they had a medium opacity that could easily be shimmered out further or built up for greater opacity if desired. This was because the formula had enough lubricity and spreading that it naturally shimmered out as you applied it, so you had to layer it up for a truly opaque coverage.
For greater coverage, apply with your fingertips and allow to dry briefly before blending. Apply with a dab brush for greater coverage. It was a very forgiving formula and hard to overdo.
The formula dried to a matte finish but seemed to let my skin through so it didn’t look flat or dry. They wore well for eight hours before they visibly faded on me.
