Dior Coral Flight (462) Rouge Blush ($ 44.00 for 0.23 oz.) Is a light, medium coral with moderate, warm undertones and a satin finish. The consistency was smooth, moderately dense, but not difficult or too tightly pressed into the pan and mixable, which ensured easy processing on bare skin as well as on the foundation. It had a mostly opaque, buildable paint cover that was applied evenly and lasted a good eight and a half hours before noticeably fading.

Formula overview

The formula is said to have an “intense, ultra-pigmented color that lasts”, although the brand under “Formula” states that it has “strong but buildable color”. Most of the shades I tried were fairly pigmented, but the denser, smoother consistency of the powder made it possible to apply less for buildable coverage as they were neither too powdery nor too stiff in the pan to work with. They were easy to apply, blended well, and lasted eight to nine hours. The powders had a floral scent, although I didn’t notice the scent when I applied it to my skin (more in the compact pack).
