It is always a luxury to wake up to the sight of the sea – blue skies and clear waters stretch endlessly in front of you. Imagine taking a five-minute walk on the beach to rejuvenate yourself after a long day – it sounds like a dream!
But you don’t have to wait for your next vacation to experience this. Seaside life in Singapore is pretty limited, with most in the east, but there are still some Singapore condos with absolutely breathtaking ocean views that shouldn’t be missed.
We have selected seven ocean view condos that we think you will enjoy. Note that prices at the time of writing can be estimates and are subject to change.
# 1: Residences by the sea
District: D15
Next MRI: Kembangan, Siglap (coming soon)
Price: $ 690,000 to $ 18 million
PSF: $ 1,352 $ 5,464
Siglap’s Seaside Residences is a new 99-year-old hereditary building that was built in 2021. With 843 units, the apartment overlooks the East Coast Park.
It’s also just a 10-minute walk from the upcoming Siglap MRT (expected to open in 2024) on the Thomson-East Coast line!
The apartment is built in a north-south direction so the units are likely to face north-south. This is the best position to avoid the sun while ensuring adequate ventilation.
Apartments above the sixth floor are also likely to have clear sea views.
# 2: Residences with Coastal Views
District: D17
Next MRI: Pasir Ris
Price: $ 1.1 million – $ 2.29 million

The Coastal View Residences in Pasir Ris are a small apartment with 40 units and 20 floors. When completed in 2009, it has a 999 year lease and is located near Downtown East.
Despite being a relatively small apartment, it has a number of well-maintained amenities including a pool deck, fitness corner, swimming pool, BBQ areas, parking, and security.
However, the alignment of the units may not be the best. You can get a south-east facing apartment, which is ideal as your home gets nice morning sun from September to March. But you can also get a northwest unit which isn’t the best as you get partial afternoon sun from March to September.
# 3: the Meyerise
District: D15

With no buildings between itself and East Coast Park, The Meyerise offers accommodations with unobstructed ocean views.
