Over the years the Classic 350 has established itself as a pillar of Royal Enfield’s strengths that is constantly finding buyers and a standard choice for anyone looking for a mid-size, retro-styled motorcycle. I did. Royal Enfield has set out to further improve its products. The Meteor350 is the first of several new generation products that the company has launched for the Indian and international markets. The Classic 350 should go in the same direction.
The 2022 Classic 350, the second model based on the Royal Enfield J-Platform, is a whole new thing, although it is seldom far removed from the touring bike in terms of pure design and styling. Expect subtle visual updates with some new styling cues. RoyalEnfield also revealed that motorcycles will be available on both wire-spoke and alloy wheels, depending on the variant.
The Classic 350 uses a brand new chassis and is supposed to take over the air-cooled 349 cm³ single cylinder engine of the Meteor 350 with 20.2 HP and 27 Nm torque. It could also feature telescopic forks, adjustable rear shock absorbers, large disc brakes, single-channel and two-channel ABS (depending on the variant), and the company’s new Bluetooth-enabled navigation system.
The prices for the Royal Enfield Classic 350 in 2022 are expected to be between 1.90 and 2.20 rupees (in front of the showroom).
